That would explain why it was never upgraded to a standard. Definitely
would have been a good thing if most tossers would have adopted that
concept. It could have probably prevented many dupes from systems
rescanning and forwarding all those messages to their links. :(

He has acked a few recent echo additions and sent out some new
backbone.na's, but as for the rest.. it doesn't really matter as long as
he's enjoying himself. :)
