Might I suggest you do a search on amazon and ebay for "The BeOS
Bible". I picked up a used copy from a private vendor on amazon. For
anyone using BeOS, this book is a "must-have" :-)

However, to change the system-wide shortcut key, have a look at Preferences/Menu.
