Hello Andre,
The one that came with the registered v3.51 is the latest. The
settings are just the same as for a 28.8. Your problem is not the
way you have your modem set. It is the fact that most phone lines
can't handle over a 28.8k connect. It is VERY rare that I ever
see anything greater. Maybe twice in the past year :(
