Relax, it's really me. I was attempting to stimulate discussion by posing a
possible alternative meaning to what Justin is saying. I disagree with the
basic concept of their entire case. I think the AsG had the right to sue
the tobacco companies, but I will *never* believe that anyone should be even
*contemplating* circumventing the Constitution. Further, if it can be proven
that the action they took does that, and is legal under current law, that it
is a loophole which should be closed as rapidly as possible.
