In Norway you can convert 1 analoge line to ISDN BRI for 1393kr ($220). 
Monthly fee = 170kr ($27). Price for usage = same as analoge lines, although 
we pay pr second. We've got -ONE- telco in Norway, but from 1997-8 there will 
be some competition.
BTW: anyone got some technical information about Zyxel ISDN cards/modems? 
Sysop-deals etc?
