 I did read it, but at the time I didn't exactly know what the Developer's
 kit is.  I was looking for a \toolkit\ directory.

 JdBP> toolset.  However, it is a mishmash of the 2.0 version of the
 JdBP> Toolkit (with some glaring errors in the documentation) and the 2.1
 JdBP> version. Some tools from the Toolkit, such as NMAKE and LINK386, are
 JdBP> omitted because Borland's own toolset provides equivalents.  Other
 JdBP> tools, such as the SOM compiler, are completely missing.  The
 JdBP> Borland Help folder installed to the desktop contains the older,
 JdBP> 2.0, buggy help files.
