LOL!  That app had a person who was looking into it around 2002/4 or so.  She
was in the FTSC.  It was SMS related and not well explained.  

I think now she wanted a nodelist flag for those providing posts from a BBS to
a smartphone to have a flag but her english was enough off it was really hard
to tell and a lot of people got ideas of what they *thought* she meant and went
'hell no, no BBS on a cell phone' in the nodelist.

Sad really, we do that type of connection to email and text commonly now.

Personnaly, I think we lost out on a tool development when we didnt listen
better.  Maybe her method would not have worked, but it was inceptional
thinking.  Application: pick your favorite group or so and have a copy buzz to
your cell phone if something new is there.
