Sure it can come from anywhere, but what impells the school to accept
any particular source of broadcasting? It seems to me that it would be
quite easy for a school to retain controll over its own curriculum.
Simply don't broadcast the course from a particular site. Either choose
a different broadcast source, or have on-site teachers teach the desired
curriculum.
