Thanks for your input Jonathan; I will see what I can do with this as yet
I have not yet been able to resolve link problems using the library. What I 
have done is that ghastly option of actually bringing all the routines right 
into my programs source code and compiling the whole thing lump sum.
That way is proving to produce its own problems, but I am working through those 
ones.
