subject: Dial Other Internet Providers

Help!!
I recently installed TCP/IP and Internet apps. for OS/2 Warp 4. Due to
the lack of a really nice dialer I use the "Dial Other Internet Providers"
dialer. There isn't and option for the USRCourier V.everything setup.
I have an updated (x2/v.90) external modem and my provider has both X2,
and v.90 service available. Currently I'm using the below listed init.
string taken from my HyperACCESS-PRO settings.
AT&F1E1V1Q0X4B0&B1&H1&R2&N0&A3S11=55
This is all entered on the line for the first modem string in dialer, the
line for the second modem string is left blank. When I try to split it up
in any way it resuts in an error.
Problem: The thing dials so fast, sometimes the call never goes through.
I don't think my phone service is reliable for fast dialing.
I used to have AOL running under OS/2 and it worked flawless. I never
got less than a 52,000 connect and transfers were really fast. I already
deleted the AOL package, so I can't copy the modem string from there.
I do get good connects with my provider most of the time but I'm sure it
could be improved upon with the right modem string...
Any Help?????
