@SOT:
G'day Paul,
On 18-04-95 08:18, Paul Edwards said to Jeff Green
PE> It looks fine except that you need a blank line after the EOT to
PE> conform to the spec.
Ok, that's fixed.
PE> Have you set it up so that you will only ever get one pair
PE> of SOT/EOT generated, even when you re-edit the message?
No, not yet, although that is next on the list. BTW, it looks like the
author of Sqed doesn't like your kludge line :-)
On later versions than this one, any attempt to change a message with SOT
and EOT kludge lines in it, will cause all text between SOT and EOT
(including the kludge lines) to be deleted. I checked this on a message
from Bill to Rod just to make sure it wasn't just messages generated here.
All attempts at changing messages had the text wiped out.
On this version of Sqed (0.97), I have to put a blank line before the SOT
or it gets wiped out when the message is reread in to the editor after
being exported to have a tagline appended.
