Starting a new e-mail discussion group:

Description:
Discuss programming issues related to dates and calendars. Why does the new
millennium start in 2001 and not in 2000? What are the rules for leap
years? How do we write Y2K-compliant programs? Lots of sample C source, but
*ALL* programming languages are given equal opportunity! :-)
