Hello All,

Some FSPs are promoted to a Fidonet standard and some others are not. In either
case, when the reviewing is done, the original FSP is assigned an FRL number
and moved to the reference library.

From now on hatching FRL documents wil be done with the "replaces" option. The
parameter for the replaces will be the FSP that is moved to the FRL.

Those who for some reason wish to keep the original FSP in their local database
should disable "replaces" in their file processor or move the FSPs to a
different directory.
