OK, rephrase 'box' for 'OS'....
I'm slightly surprised that Mozilla and Netscape would be affected by this
layer of IE customisation. I wonder if there's some proxy server installed
somewhere? That might be lower level. Internet Options/Connections/Lan
Settings.
