AL> JL> TIMS, from what I hear, is essentially like a bare-bones edition
AL> JL> of a pre-EMSI version of Binkley written in Assembly language
AL> JL> instead of C, modified to be an integrated mailer for TBBS.
AL>
AL> SA> Any idea how it differs from BT? Specifically, would it be possible
AL> SA> to configure BT to run in its place?
AL>
AL> TIMS is not pre-BT.... it's was written by BT's Bob Hartman when he went to
AL> work for the TBBS people.
True. I wasn't meaning to imply that it was pre-BT. I implied that
it was pre BT 2.60 and the 2.5x open betas that feature EMSI.
AL> You can't put BT in its place because TIMS works as a module inside
AL> TBBS, TBBS itself is an internally multitasking program.
Yep.
