      I was stationed at Carswell from 1958 until 1966.  I do not
 remember Eagle Mountain being operational. It may have had a
 low altitude VOR or other nav aids.  We always made a high alt.
 jet penetration from Bridgeport VOR.  Also I think it was a
 Nike site for the Dallas-Fort Worth complex. Being almost under
 the Carswell approach pattern, I do not remember it being
 used during that time period.
