I don't really know. It has not even arrived yet. What I do know is that
I personally own a number of outstanding bug reports against Watcom 10.0,
and I am hoping that many of them are fixed in 10.5. Even if they are not
fixed, I have to maintain any compiler I actually use professionally at the
latest version level, or I am going to look like a pretty incompetent
programmer.

I have had enough trouble explaining why I use Microsoft C 6.0 from 1990 to
write OS/2 device drivers, but the answer to that was always that there was
no alternative. If it costs me US$129 just to be able to say to clients
that I am using the latest version of the tools, then I'll pay it.

 JdBP>   Question 2:

 JdBP> Any special deal for the poor sods who bought Watcom
 JdBP> C++ 10.0 in the last three weeks ?

Yes. I don't know when the cutoff is, but recent purchasers get free upgrades.
