I don't know the details of your utility or whether its worth it, but
just like to comment that if you would like to write some FIDONET
utilities you might wish to consider supporting our BBS software,
WIN Server (Wildcat! Interactive Net Server) support.

Its for 32 bit Windows, so if Windows is part of your supported
platforms, there is a free SDK for developing client applications for
the Wildcat! BBS Server. You can download it at:

   ftp://ftp.winserver.com/WIN_Server/WIN-Server-WCSDK/wcsdk.zip

The SDK allows you to write CONSOLE applications. There is nothing
Windows GUI about the SDK. It is a pure API library SDK with over
100+ client/server function calls. The SDK comes with examples in
C/C++, Delphi and Visual Basic.
