There should be no problem there.  The Cygwin version of timEd is compiled
from the same code that generates the Linux/FreeBSD versions, which don't
use drive letters at all, so I'm fairly certain it's unrelated.

I tried your configuration here without incident.  Unless you're a
programmer, about all I can really suggest is you Try to narrow down the
problem yourself by excluding things from the config file(s) one at a time.
 You might also try building a new .exe from the latest CVS source and see
if that fixes it (although I have doubts that it will).
