Jonathan de Boyne Pollard le escribe a Bruce Simpson:

JdBP>  #include
JdBP>  double d = 0.9 ;
JdBP>  int
JdBP>  main ( int, char ** )
JdBP>  {
JdBP>      double d = 0.8 ;
JdBP>      {
JdBP>          extern double d ;
JdBP>          printf("%f\n", d) ;
JdBP>      }
JdBP>      return 0 ;
JdBP>  }

Ugh. Ok, inner-level names have precedence over globals, so I'm to assume
that extern always invokes a global? I've never bent syntax this far.
