MsgPost uses the Squish msgapi, and therefore you have to link with either
the static version (library) or a so-called "import library"
which references the function calls in the msgapi32.dll. The latter one is
called "dynamic linking".

Look up the usage of emximp in "emxdev.inf" and use this file to
create an import library (either in .a- or .lib-format) for your programs:
