Albert Belle is, without a doubt, a jerk, but his play vs. Vina was 100% 
legal.  Personally, I think the forearm to Vina's face was a bit much, but 
there's no rule against it.  There is no suspendable offense there.
However, during the brawl, Belle did level a Brewer (Steve Sparks?) from the 
blind side, and that could merit a suspension.  *adh*
