This article is well worth the subscription to his newsletter and agrees
with what Alexander Strauss, a criminologist who used to be in Tacoma
years ago, published in his book.  I had it at one time, it is out of
print now, and someone borrowed it without returning it.
I guard my books today and won't let them out of the house.
