Don,
I would be interested in a copy (I presume it contains the entire
strategy therein).  We have just been put in contact with a group of
parents elsewhere who are suffering from a witch-hunt that seems to be
ever-growing and which needs to be headed off.
(To tell the truth, from the first reports I heard I tended to believe
the abuse was happening, especially after some parents copped a plea,
but it was only later after making contact through friends of friends
of... that we learned the whole story, not reported in the media.)
