What about your sender? As you're the receiver, how does your sender is
trying to send faxes? I also had lots of problem trying to make FrontDoor to
answer faxes and I found the fact on how to make it answer properly.
The fact is depend on the sender. If the sender is using Fax Machine (not
ax
Modem), then the sender should try pressing "Send" or maybe "Start Fax" right
after dial. If the sender waits for your modem to answer, then that'll be
oo
late because most of the time, even you have "+FAA=1" set to your answer,
it'll answer as Data answer and not Fax answer.
I'm not quite sure about Fax Modem to Fax Modem because I haven't tried it
so.. Well, if this gonna give you any help, try it.
