Nothing wrong with those two centavos. Yeah, ICOM took the easy way out, but
for all I know, there might be an "easy" way to restore it. One wonders if
they left a door open somewhere. I think government agencies can get units
with the full 800 MHz band, so it must not be anything real serious.
