Any wrong URL that he types into his browser.  He is not on Topcon's
network, they're in San Francisco (and Japan...) and he's in Little Rock,
AR.

He has a T1 line in his office.  I do not know the details of how his
systems are networked, but this problem only affects the one Windows XP Pro
box, so I'm gonna assume it's a problem with that box, not with a server
somewhere else in his network.
