subject: I am not a spammer!!!

RB> From: "Robert Bononno"

RB> Can anyone tell me why this outgoing message is being blocked.
RB> The blocked address is part of the RCN IP block and RCN is
RB> *my* ISP. I've been sending message to this address for over a
RB> year, suddenly I get this nonsense. I sent a message to Erols
RB> (RCN) and they simply repeated the obvious: "the message is
RB> being blocked because of spam issues." Huh? Spamcop says that
RB> this address block is not being blocked, however (at least
RB> that appears to be the case if I'm reading their message
 RB> correctly).

 RB> Blocked - see http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml?207.172.4.62
