SR> In the case you mention, I would create an OnCreate routine and have SR> it call the routine ReadData. Then it's a snap to change, plus it's a SR> bit more self-documenting and it lets me call ReadData elsewhere if SR> needed. That's the conclusion I was comming to. What I called "program flow in the source code" is what you call "self-documenting".
