That's almost trivial for the Watcom compiler.  It has always done Win32s
and NT (Win32) targets, so adding support for Windows 95 (Win32c) is mostly
a matter of some header files, import libraries, and MFC upgrades.  If I
make any 32-bit Windows code, it will likely target Win32s so that it is
compatible with all three platforms.  I think that Borland is a far better
Windows tool because of OWL, which is far better than MFC.

The main reason I bought the Watcom compiler is because it is the only
modern compiler with 16-bit OS/2 support, which is important for OS/2
device drivers. That would be worth the money to me regardless of any
Windows support, so it places me in a fairly unusual class of Watcom
customers.
