I'm pushing a bit more on my legs - leg curls with 50Lb, ten reps, since the 
cycle chap (a coach) suggested that the hams are the ones to work on, since 
every other leg muscle gets worked out during cycling.

Yeah. MY problem right now is my bike - its so shot that I have to really 
horse it to get anywhere... at least, I _think_ its my bike. Either that, or 
I am suddenly waaaaay out of shape. 
The sudden increase in difficulty, while going up a steadly incline 
yesterday, kinda clued me into the serious state of my bottom bracket. Well, 
not just the lurching increase in difficulty, but the grinding sensation and 
similar noise from the pedal areas....
