Hi folks.  I have just released Tobruk 0.30.  Tobruk is a public
domain mailprocessor with C source code.  It has been hatched
into the PDOMAIN TIC echo, and is available for FREQ from
3:711/934 with magic name "TOBRUK".

Features:

1. Comes with complete public domain C source code
2. Very portable code, should work on OS/2, MSDOS and Amigados,
Unix, VMS, etc (only tested on OS/2 though).
3. Capable of processing a message 2-gig in size, even if you
only set an internal memory buffer of 20k.

Note that due to the fact that it calls MSGAPI routines to
read/write from the messagebase, it will only read/write to
a *.MSG or Squish messagebase and only on DOS + OS/2.  It is
the packet in  packet out processing that is portable.

Also note that it only handles one address at the moment, ie
no AKAs.
