Hello all,
  May I cut in to ask a few questions on the upgrade prices.
I bought my Cset++ v2.1 in April 95, after reading about free
upgrade to VisualAge C++ V3.0 (when it is available in June).
Before I sent in my order, I asked the sale-person in IBM direct
as well as post some queries in IBMLink, and was advised that
I'll be able to get free upgrade.
  Recently, I seemed to hear some news that this deal is only
applicable to US users only, and not for Australian users.
Does anyone know what's going on? It'll be pretty expensive 
for me to have to upgrade again, merely 2 months after purchase
of Cset++ V2.1.
