   I'm fairly sure, that none of the *true* native Americans had never even
heard about Amerigo Vespucci, or the German geographer Waldseemller that
suggested the name "America", when all they did was minding their
own businesses for centuries and centuries before the 16th century
Europeans finally overcame their fear of travelling beyond the edge of the
world platter. :)
