Even so, my comment still stands. If there was enough warning then
the bus is guilty of failure to yield, if there was not, the officer
was wrong.

Thanx, we don't have your traffic problems where I live so I was
unfamiliar with the term. They have those same things in South Florida
where I lived but they call them the "Diamond Lanes" because they are
marked with a painted diamond in the middle of the lane.
