Although there are a lot of intelligent and smart people out there,
I don't think most gang members would think of it, nor would they
bother themselves with trying to access the information.
Besides, when you access the information, you have to fill out a
form to get the information, and it will show who accessed your
information, and you can trace it back to their source, also.
