Mine went without a hitch, apart from a download time that was slow by 14.4
dial-up standards (and I have a 1.5/256 DSL line...).

After I finally got everything for the desktop box, I plugged in the
Thinkpad, and it acquired the upgrades in the blink of an eye.

Neither system blew up.
