I am running BCOS2 v2.0 and have a similiar problem.

If I try to run Telix for Windows (TFW) during or after I have loaded BCOS2
TFW will try to load and causes a SYS3175 error in WINOS2.COM.  If I reboot
the system and load TFW *before* loading BCOS2 it runs fine.  Weird.

Maybe a bug in Borland?
