One commonly-missed subtlety is that routing commands only apply to
Normal-flavored mail. The order of the routing commands is critical. For
example, if I flag a message Crash in my message editor, the routing
commands in Squish's configuration won't do anything to it. (There are a
couple of exceptions, like the Change command and, I think, the Leave
command.)
