George,
GP> I thought you were diabetic? Is 6 doughnuts+pop a good idfea all at
GP> once?
No. I asked my cardiologist last week what the threshold was. He said
that it's at 7.0 for Type 2. My A1C has always been between 5.7 and 6.1
(it was 5.9 a month ago).
GP> Yup, I need my caffeine. I drink quintuple or sextuple strength
GP> coffee, usually. One or two & I'm generally ready for the day. . .
You can have my coffee. Javascript is the instructions to make it.
GP> No wheelchair vans with Uber -- nobody wants to buy an $80,000 van for
GP> a side hustle, & unlikely to get their money back by going fultime &
GP> competing with every other Uber app holder. . .
There is a business between Little Rock and Benton that makes those vans.
GP> I've placed simultaneous orders for a rotisserie chicken on Uber Eats,
GP> and for an egg omelette on DoorDash
GP> Looks like we're about to find out, once and for all, what comes first!
Depending on traffic, yep.
GP> I really thought becoming an Uber driver would be worthwhile…
GP> But I have nothing to chauffeur it.
The Uber folks were nicer to me than most of the taxi drivers around here.
GP> I got fired from Uber.
GP> Apparently they didn't like it when I went the extra mile.
You just wanted to do the scenic tour.
GP> I was an uber driver for a bunch of pro wrestlers, they were so tired
GP> after their show they all just stacked on top of each other in my
GP> backseat I guess I was the pile driver
Piled Higher And Deeper.
GP> Q: Why do Uber drivers skip the gym ?
GP> A: Because they don't even Lyft, bro!
I've wondered if they're all the same company.
GP> The worst thing about driving for Uber is all the people talking behind
GP> your back
I'd rather be in the back seat...but it's so hard to get in and out of
those vehicles.
GP> My parents used my Uber to go and file the application ending their
GP> marriage. I gave the driver one star. He drove my parents to divorce.
Oh, brother.
Daryl
... "Oh, Bother!!" said Pooh, as he corrupted his tagline collection.
