Sort of what they did around here. The min before was 5 acres to have horses
in Webster. Now they have made it 3 acres. But with that change they also
increased the setbacks from the property lines that the fences or stables or
manure piles or anything related to the horse can be. It is next to
impossible
to actually have a horse on 3 acres and still have a house on it too.
