Dave Boll's YDBAUTIL.DLL contains a RxQuerySysInfo function and loads of
other external functions for easy prototyping in REXX. It's free and
usualy found in a RXU.ZIP archive
(ftp://ftp-os2.nmsu.com/os2/dev32/rexx/rxu18.zip)
