Probably a dumb question, but a head-scratcher at the moment--
In binary mode editing (e.g. TSE -b40 myfile), HOW does one enter
an ASCII null?  Alt/nnn is the way I usually enter ascii codes,
but alt/000 doesn't work.  The other way I have tried is [literal]^@, but
that doesn't work either, resulting somehow in ASCII 252.
