Well, it's supposed to make all the windows, dialogs, and fonts keep
their original proportions between resolutions. I would be able to
tell now, today, as my project which I needed tSizer for is being
handed out to its seminar audience. But I don't have tSizer. Why?
Because I ordered it from Programmers' Paradise, who first told me it
would ship on Aug 5, then when I called them on Aug 5 they told me
that it was going out the door as we spoke. "Great!", says I, "It'll
be here in time for production. Then, when it hadn't arrived on the
10th, I called and found they were just funning me! It really hadn't
shipped, and by wasting my time they prevented me from buying it from
ZAC. What a neato marketing concept! Lie to your customers. It sure
made a lasting impression on me.
