  Well, it's supposed to make all the windows, dialogs, and fonts keep
  their original proportions between resolutions. I would be able to
  tell now, today, as my project which I needed tSizer for is being
  handed out to its seminar audience. But I don't have tSizer. Why?
  Because I ordered it from Programmers' Paradise, who first told me it
  would ship on Aug 5, then when I called them on Aug 5 they told me
  that it was going out the door as we spoke. "Great!", says I, "It'll
  be here in time for production.  Then, when it hadn't arrived on the
  10th, I called and found they were just funning me! It really hadn't
  shipped, and by wasting my time they prevented me from buying it from
  ZAC. What a neato marketing concept! Lie to your customers. It sure
  made a lasting impression on me.
