I've personally tried that again this morning.  On several different
machines.  Pentium.  Pentium II.  AMD.
Win95.  Win98.  WinNT.  It works perfectly every time.  Tried
Win32api.inc, small files, big files, with changes, without changes.  It
works perfectly every time.
 
Could you please try it one more time and confirm the file size for me?
