Ooo!  You ask tough questions. 
I've got to say the 'Mr. Toad's Wild Ride' has been a 'fave' of mine
since my first visit in 1958.  The WDW version with two different sides
is the best indoors, the new exterior at DL is the best outdoors.
As a railroad conductor and steam locomotive fan, anything railroad is
big with me, even monorails, but my 'fave' railroad no longer exists.
It was the 'Mine Train through Nature's Wonderland' at DL.
I also like 'The Maelstroem' at Epcot, the 'Skyway' at MK, 'Roger
Rabbit's Toon Spin' at DL, 'Muppet Vision 4-D' at the Studios, and the
'Enchanted Tiki Room/Tropical Serenade' at DL/MK.  While not a 'ride'
exactly, I have also enjoyed the backstage tours at WDW.
I've only been to DL once since 'Indiana Jones' opened, and as it was a
3 hour wait, I still have it to look forward to.
