Wow, that's what, $4 in "real" money?   :-)

Yeah, the exercise equipment has to be set up in a prominent place.  Putting 
your weight rig in the basement or garage will do you just about as much good 
as taking your bike apart and storing the parts in the attic.  :-)

Begin SLOWLY!  Do a large number of reps really slowly with light weights to 
start.  Don't mess up your shoulder like I did.  I had to do about 10 months 
of rehab before I could start lifting heavy weights.
