WJ> So is the scene still alive? If so I am very surprised,

GH>Yes it is. Naturally as guys go on to other formats then some groups
GH>die, others grow, and new ones are born.

Well yeah, but there can't be that many peoiple going out and buying 64s
anymore.. all the kids want nintendos :)

I don't know if I think the 64 scene is worth it anymore.. not much
excitement left. You get more excitement with wares and demos on other
platforms.. c64 is fun, but everything has been done before, and I think
many of the elites havbe left now finally. I noticed the quality of
productions deteriorating before I left--- btw who are the big aussie
groups at the moment?

WJ> but quite pleased... I
said the 64 scene would never die... WJ> its a real elite computer!!

GH>Of course! Some new stuff will be released here at Space Station BBS.

Well I might give it a call. A board with 64 wares must become more and
more attractive in this day of 10meg demos...!! You could probably fit all
the demos ever made on the 64 into 300meg !!! :)
