Goes to show how much 'mundane' TV I watch...
Good animation w/story, Trek, B5, NYPD BLUE, HIGH INCIDENT, MILLENIUM,
film I missed in the theatres (not many of those).
Sit-coms are pretty much mundane to me...I often find the commercials more
entertaining and funnier than highly paid comedy writers can produce.
To wit, the "Pssst! Yo quiero Taco Bell!" ad, which had me laughing for at
least five minutes solid...same as the "Got Milk?" campaign, which usually
has me chuckling.
So, that's...10-12 hours of 'entertainment' a week (assuming no re-runs, and
HIGH INCIDENT is 'on hiatus'), and a solid 14+ hours of news a week.

Okay. MAY is interesting from what I have seen, but it doesn't sustain that
interest.
I'm not 'in da biz' like Bob Kohl is, but I've done enough to be a bit
cynical about the nature of broadcast entertainment...I may be one of the few
'computer geeks' who still likes the old radio serial broadcasts from the
past, and listen to it whenever possible.
