preparation kit has now been adapted for the updated IDC curriculum.  
Regarding your physical conditioning, make sure you have had a PADI Diving 
medical signed by your physician before you show up here in Toronto to take 
your instructor course (and no marrying nice Canadiangirls for citizenship 
either!)
